That's pretty nice, I doubt I will need them, because it's pretty basic stuffs, but still, I'm sure many others will. :)

Hey I'm really glad for all the help you've given me and also for these tutorials. Hopefully with these I'll become a great developer or at least a passable one, lol.

Hi Mimminito,
could you please create a simple tutorial how we could actually represent a falling object with AndEngine. Thanks.

Hey. Check out the AndEngine examples, the Physics Examples will show you how you can do this. Otherwise, its not a hard concept. You increase the objects Y position every update so that it falls down.

Hi,
I'm starring at http://code.google.com/p/andengineexamp ... ample.java

but I don't see any increment of Y or something. Can you please show the line/lines that are doing the thing? Thanks.

In the example you linked to, the PhysicsExtension is used. So bacisally the PhysicsConnector gets the position/rotation/... from the PhysicsLibrary and updates the AndEngine-Shapes.

Hope this helped :)

Best Regards,
Nicolas

In all honesty, it sounds like you dont have much programming experience at all. In which case I would recommend going away and looking into some other tutorials first, java mainly, and get the hang of it. Then do some graphic based stuff to get use to how stuff is drawn etc. You should understand how to increase a Y value after that.
