What is everybody's favourite type of Mobile Game?

Just want to see what kind of games people would play on mobiles. I'll use this information for some research and it'll help me develop a game that will appeal to the larger market. So if your play anything from shooting to platforming or puzzle games I want to hear from you

Hi there,

I don't play a lot of games but when I do I usually like logic / puzzle games as opposed to hd graphical shooters and racing games. This means I prefer Cut the Rope, Angry Birds, Unblock Me, Apparatus, aTilt 3D, Fruit Ninja etc.

Aha yeah thanks perybutler.

I think the simple and causal games are coming really popular these days.
The only problem for racing games is they drain your phones battery pretty quick but then again I guessed that relies on how its designed and implemented.

I do most of my time web browsing, programming and playing D&D games by play by post.

But I do like the Angry Birds style games. Also Side shooters and top down rpg stuff.

I am looking at creating top down 2D grid style games for android and hence that is why I am here.
