HD graphics for different screen sizes.

Postby Coder_For_Life22 » Tue Dec 06, 2011 4:49 pm

I have a app that i am building using AndEngine.

On smaller screens the graphics show up to be well.

But on larger 10in screens such as tablet, the graphics appear to be stretched.

In the pass what are some methods of keeping graphics "HD"ish have you guys used?

SVG textures are indeed great help to keep your assets looking HD. Take a look at the SVGTextureRegionExtension (i believe it is called).

I have not used this but keep in mind SVG's have more overhead than your average .png assets.
