Good/Bad News

I just rembered Romain Guy talking about this neat SVG library during Google I/O 2011: http://code.google.com/p/svg-android/
I'll give it a try and maybe add a little extension that makes use of their jar.

Ok, I'm getting something rendered but the parser is very very very limited. In fact I cannot even get a simple rectangle drawn when using the output generated by Inkscape (sample SVGs are made with Adobe Illustrator and SVG Basic 1.1 export).

Anybody is aware of a Android compatible library that:

• is free
• has no native code
• has good svg support
